Original Posting: Missing/Runaway Juvenile
The Palmer Township Police Department is attempting to locate a missing/runaway juvenile from Palmer Township.
Female juvenile Kiara Dicen (age 14) was last seen on 02-19-2020 at 4:30 pm at her residence,
416 Arlington Street by her mother.
Kiara Dicen is described as follows:
White/Hispanic female
HT- 5’00”
WT- 90 pounds
HAIR - black straight long hair
EYES- brown eyes
Clear complexion
Last seen wearing black pants and a blue sweater
Kiara Dicen has run away from home in the past.
She does not have a cellular phone with her and is known to frequent skate board parks.
Kiara Dicen has been entered NCIC and officers are checking with known acquaintances and locations where she might be staying.
