* WHEN...Until noon PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be hazardous, especially for high profile vehicles due to sudden and strong cross winds.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest wind gust potential will be later this evening through Tuesday morning.
