* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures with lows from the upper 20s to near 30 inland to around freezing near the Highway 17 corridor in southern South Carolina and I-95 in Georgia.

* WHERE...Portions of Southeast South Carolina and Southeast Georgia inland from Highway 17 in southern South Carolina and I-95 in Georgia, including portions of the Charleston and Savannah Metro Areas.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freeze durations will average 3 to 6 hours well inland to 1 to 2 hours across the coastal counties. Scattered to widespread frost is also likely away from the coast.
