Wilmington Police arrest Bear man on gun and drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a Bear man on gun and drug charges.
On February 18 at approximately 1:55 a.m. patrol officers conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Martin Luther King Blvd and Tatnall Streets. Police made contact with the driver, 28-year-old Durrell Kelley. He was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun and 9 grams of marijuana. He was taken into custody without incident.
Kelley was charged with the following offenses in addition to a traffic violation:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Possession of Marijuana
