* WHERE...Caldwell Mountains, Burke Mountains, McDowell Mountains, Rutherford Mountains and Polk Mountains Counties.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RUTHERFORD MOUNTAINS ... POLK MOUNTAINS ... MCDOWELL MOUNTAINS ... CALDWELL MOUNTAINS ... BURKE MOUNTAINS
