Deputies arrested 6 suspects for multiple crimes to include carrying a loaded firearm in a public place

INCIDENT: Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Carrying a Loaded Firearm in a Public Place Under Suspicious Circumstances, Carrying a Loaded Stolen Firearm

LOCATION: 17600 block of Fisher Street, Victorville

SUSPECT(S): Biao Chen, 30-year old San Leandro resident
Yukai Chen, 33-year old San Gabriel resident
Weidong Li, 27-year old San Gabriel resident
Jiaxi Chen, 20-year old Temple City resident
En Lui, 34-year old Redondo Beach resident
Duncheng Zheng, 37-year old Monterey Park resident

VICTIM(S): Confidential – 2 male adults


SUMMARY: On February 23, 2020, deputies with the Victorville Police Department responded to an unknown problem in the 17600 block of Fisher Street. While en route to the location, deputies were advised multiple armed-suspects had forced their way into the home and a robbery had occurred.

As deputies arrived, the six suspects were leaving the location in three separate vehicles, two Toyota Sienna mini-vans and a Ford utility van. Deputies were able to stop the vehicles and take the occupants, some of whom were wearing body armor, into custody. Inside the vehicles and along the path taken by the suspects, deputies recovered several firearms, additional body armor, other weapons, and the cash and money orders taken from the victims.

Biao Chen, Yukai Chen, Weidong Li, and Jiaxi Chen were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime, and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place under suspicious circumstances. En Lui, and Duncheng Zheng were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime, and carrying a loaded stolen firearm.
