Suspects in stolen car arrested for multiple charges.

Larkspur, CA 02/21/2020.  On Saturday evening a suspcious vehicle seen leaving the area of a Larkspur gym was located in a nearby neighborhood and resulted in the arrest of three suspects. The charges include a felon in possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, providing false information to a police officer, and several drug charges.

Central Marin Police received a 911 call from a female who was sitting in her parked car in the parking lot of the gym and she stated three subjects just tried to get into her vehicle. The subjects were unsuccessful in entering the reporting party’s vehicle and left the area in a Silver Toyota Prius. The responding officers located the vehicle which was occupied by three subjects in a nearby neighborhood pulling into a driveway.

The driver of the vehicle was determined to be a convicted felon by the name of Victor Miranda, DOB:12/31/1990 out of Pittsburg, CA. The vehicle he was driving was determined to be stolen and the license plate on the vehicle was also determined to be stolen off another vehicle as well. Miranda was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle, providing false information to a police officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The front passenger of the vehicle was determined to be Michelle Rivas, DOB: 10/4/1995 out of Benicia CA. She was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two outstanding warrants.

The rear passenger of the vehicle was determined to be a convicted felon by the name of Marissa Serafino, DOB: 05/16/1976 out of Larkspur, CA. She was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three suspects were booked at the Marin County Jail on the above-mentioned charges.
