Wilmington Police arrest New Castle man on gun charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a New Castle man on gun charges.
On February 17 at approximately 9:07 p.m. patrol officers responded to the area of 3rd and Lombard Streets for a man with a gun complaint. Officers made contact with 26-year-old James Larue. He was found to be in possession of a loaded .40 caliber handgun. He was taken into custody without incident.
Larue was charged with the following offenses:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Loitering
