Wilmington Police arrest three juveniles following traffic stop: 
Wilmington Police have arrested three juveniles following a traffic stop.
On February 15 at approximately 11:04 p.m. patrol officers conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 7th and West Streets. Upon making contact with the occupants, two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old, officers detected a strong odor or marijuana. They were all taken into custody without incident.
Police recovered 10 ounces of marijuana and $485 in currency.
The first 15-year-old male was charged with possession of marijuana and released on $500 unsecured bail.
The second 15-year-old was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $5,000 secured bail.
The 17-year-old was charged with Breach of Release. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $5,000 cash-only bail.
