 Wilmington Police have arrested two following a robbery investigation.

On February 12 at approximately 7:00 p.m. patrol officers responded to the area of 1000 Delaware Avenue after receiving a report of a robbery incident.  In the course of their investigation, officers observed two subjects, 19-year-old Schaeffer Ballard and a 15-year-old male juvenile, in the area of 3^rd and Jackson Streets in possession of the stolen proceeds.  They were both taken into custody without incident.

Ballard was charged with the following offenses:

• Robbery (First Degree)
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $20,500 unsecured bail.

The 15-year-old juvenile was charged with the following offenses:

• Robbery (First Degree)
• Conspiracy  (Second Degree)

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $20,500 unsecured bail.
