Community Meeting
(The Well-Armed Woman Mother Lode Chapter)
On February 9, 2020, Sheriff DiBasilio, Sergeant Stark and Resident Deputy Elam attended the “Well Armed Woman” (Mother Lode Chapter) meeting at the La Contenta Conference Room. The presentation was interactive with the panel taking several questions from the membership. The topics of discussion covered crime statistics, ways to increase personal safety, Concealed Weapons Permits, department staffing, the introduction of Resident Deputy Elam and other community orientated policing activities in the county.

With several new programs (SmartWater, Rural Crimes Unit, Resident Deputy Revitalization, etc.) The Sheriff’s Office would like to reach out to other community organizations interested in hosting an interactive meeting. If interested, please contact Sergeant Greg Stark at 209-754-6783.
