UPDATE:The owner of the black bicycle contacted us and confirmed it had been stolen. We would like to thank everyone that saw and shared our post as it helped us locate the victim and reunite them with their bike. Now that a victim has been located, it will strengthen the criminal charges the suspect will have to face. We are still looking for the owner of the white bicycle and black Perry Ellis bag.
