Details: On Monday, February 17, 2020, at approximately 2:00AM, Douglas Alan Bishop, of Bakersfield, was contacted by Corcoran Police during a traffic stop. During the contact officers discovered Bishop had felony and misdemeanor warrants out of Kern County. Bishop was placed under arrest for the warrants and later transported to the Kings County Jail.
