Marcellus Car Larcenies

Cass County Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports on 1/28/2020 Deputies responded to a call in the 100 block of Read St. in Marcellus, MI for vehicles that had been broken into and multiple items stolen. Through this investigation Deputies were able to identify the suspect using surveillance cameras at multiple stores and banks. At approximately 07:45 am on 2/15/2020 the suspect for the larceny from a motor vehicle and theft of a financial transaction device was arrested in Constantine, MI for warrants out of Cass County. This case remains under investigation and the name of suspect arrested will be released, pending their arraignment.
