Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On February 12 at approximately 2:35 p.m. members of the Safe Streets Task Force conducted a vehicle stop in the 600 block of North Church Street. Officers made contact with the driver, 30-year-old Raymond Williams, and found him to be in possession of 69 bags of heroin and 5.8 grams of cocaine. He was taken into custody without incident.
Williams was charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic violations:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (2 counts)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
