INCIDENT: PC4573 - Bringing Controlled Substance onto Jail Facility
LOCATION: Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center, 18000 Institution Road, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Dean Fagas, a 47-year-old resident of Utah
SUMMARY: On February 12, 2020, at 6:46 p.m., Deputy Sanchez contacted Dean Fagas after he finished visiting an inmate at Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center. Sanchez had a brief conversation with Fagas and obtained consent to search his vehicle. During the search, Sanchez located a small plastic bag containing approximately 5 grams of methamphetamine.
Fagas was arrested for bringing controlled substance onto jail property and transported to West Valley Detention Center for booking.
