* At 0645 PM Wednesday the stage was 17.44 feet.
* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to a crest near 18 feet by Thursday after midnight. The river should fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ROCKWALL, TX ... HUNT, TX
