INCIDENT: Sex Registrant arrested in Possession of Controlled Substance
LOCATION: City of San Bernardino
SUSPECT: Otis Jackson, 57-years-old, resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
San Bernardino County Probation Department and San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Specialized Investigations Division, Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC), determined a sex registrant was in violation. Otis Jackson , a sex registrant who is on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) in the city of San Bernardino, reported to the probation office with a controlled substance in his possession.
On Monday, February 10, 2020, Jackson was arrested for HS11377 - Possession of a Controlled Substance and was booked at Central Detention Center.
