The Public is invited to attend an Alternatives Meeting on March 4^th, 2020 at 5:30 PM at the City of Manchester Department of Public Works at 475 Valley Street, Manchester, NH for discussion of the proposed action for traffic signal upgrades on Granite Street and S Willow Street.  The City’s consultant, VHB, will be presenting information on the proposed project. 
 
The intent of the meeting is to present the identified alternatives, the pros and cons of each, and a detailed narrative of why the proposed action best meets the project’s purpose and need and makes the most sense for the location context.  Comments will be collected from the public, municipal officials, resource agencies, and abutting property owners.
