* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast due to ongoing rain.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage by Wednesday morning and crest near 17 feet by Wednesday evening. The river should fall below flood stage by Thursday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ROCKWALL, TX ... HUNT, TX
