Please be advised that the Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting scheduled for 6:00 P.M. tonight, February 11, 2020, and the City Council meeting scheduled for 8:00 P.M. tonight have been cancelled.   The Mayor and City Council regret having to cancel these meetings, but due to a series of unexpected and unavoidable circumstances, there will not be a quorum available.  Items on this meeting’s agenda are anticipated to be carried until the next scheduled Council meeting on February 25^th.
