1/31 – 8:38 p.m. - Officers were advised of a suspicious subject walking into town on Route 158, near Beil Road. Officers located the subject and discovered he had several traffic warrants out of St. Clair and Macoupin County. Adam R. Hassard, age 34 of Belleville, was arrested and taken to the St. Clair County Jail.
