* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Bernardino County Mountains, Riverside County Mountains, Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning and Orange County Inland Areas.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM PST Tuesday. Highest winds will be through noon today, then the winds will weaken somewhat before becoming much stronger again 2 AM through 9 AM Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
