On 02/09/2020 at 12:23 am Lance Stewart was driving a vehicle that was stopped for traffic related violations near Center Ave and W Court St. The investigating officer identified signs of impairment leading to Stewart’s arrest for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). Stewart had five prior OWI convictions. He was arrested for OWI 6th Offense and held at the Rock County Jail.
