The City of Hoboken Workforce Affordable Housing Program provides housing affordable to households with a maximum income of 120% of median income. The City now accepting preliminary applications for the program from households interested in purchasing a 3-bedroom condo at 800 Jackson for $360,776.
To qualify for the program, applicants must:
• have lived in Hoboken for at least one year, or
• currently work for:
• the City of Hoboken
• the Hoboken Board of Education
• any Hoboken Charter School
• or the Hoboken Housing Authority.
