* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LEBANON ... SCHUYLKILL ... FRANKLIN ... ADAMS ... FULTON ... LANCASTER ... DAUPHIN ... PERRY ... YORK ... CUMBERLAND
