* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds will also generate blowing and drifting snow.
