* WHEN...From 4 AM to 1 PM EST Friday. Rain will change to snow after 4 AM. The heaviest snow is expected between 6 AM and 9 AM.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions may impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates up to an inch per hour are possible between 6 AM and 8 AM in the northeast West Virginia.
