* WHAT...Heavy wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches with the greatest amounts across the highest mountain ridges of northeast West Virginia. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph in the afternoon.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 7 PM EST Friday. Rain will change to snow after 4 AM. The heaviest snow is expected between 6 AM and 9 AM.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions may impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates up to an inch per hour are possible between 6 AM and 9 AM across northeast West Virginia. Isolated power outages are possible in the afternoon as winds become gusty.
