INCIDENT: Murder Investigation
LOCATION: 34000 block of Yucaipa Boulevard, Yucaipa
VICTIM: Donny Lee White, age 54 a resident of Yucaipa
SUSPECT(S): Unknown
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at 8:15 p.m., deputies responded to reports of shots heard in the 34000 block of Yucaipa Boulevard. Upon arrival, deputies found neighbors attempting lifesaving measures to the victim, later identified as Donny Lee White. Medical aid transported White to a local area hospital for treatment; he was pronounced deceased at 9:06 p.m.
Detectives from the Homicide Detail responded to conduct the investigation.
At this stage of the investigation, detectives have not identified the suspect(s) involved, nor have they determined a motive for the shooting. No other details are available for release at this time. Updates will be posted as new information becomes available.
