Full Notification

     The attached subject is wanted in reference to obtaining the victim's personal information to order merchandise.  Upon the merchandise arriving at the victim's residence, the subject removed it from the porch.  The subject is described as a white or hispanic male in their 20's, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, grey sweat pants and a blue baseball cap.    
     This photograph was taken from a resident's surveillance camera which was registered with the Police Department.  This is exactly what the police department expected when asking resident's to register their cameras with the department.  Working together with the public we hope to identify this subject.
