* IMPACTS...Dangerous travel for high profile vehicles on Interstate 15 and Highways 18 and 247 in the High Desert, Interstate 10 through the Coachella Valley, Interstate 8 and Highway 78 in San Diego County. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
