* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to noon PST Friday. Strongest and most widespread winds expected this evening into early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Dangerous travel for high profile vehicles, especially along Interstates 15 and 215 near Cajon Pass, and Interstate 10 through San Gorgonio Pass.
