Car VS Bicycle 
Sheriff Richard J. Behnke of the Cass County Sheriff's Office reports that on 01/26/2019 at approximately 1837 hours his office was called out to investigate a personal injury accident on M-40 near Hoffman St, in Newberg Township, Cass County Michigan.
The driver of a red Chevrolet Malibu was heading north bound on M-40 when coming over a hill was unable to see David Hutchins, a 57 year old Jones Michigan resident, riding a bicycle. The Chevrolet Malibu then collided into David Hutchins. David Hutchins was transported by Newberg Ambulance service to Three Rivers Health Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The driver of the Chevrolet Malibu obtained no injuries. A seat belt was worn in the crash. Alcohol and drugs were not a factor in this traffic crash.
