SLOW DOWN Green Bay 2020 School Zone Traffic Deployment 
As part of the ongoing initiative for increased traffic safety in 2020, the Green Bay Police Department will be conducting a traffic compliance/ traffic enforcement exercise on Thursday, January 30th 2020, with a focus on a number of school zones and residential areas surrounding the schools.
The Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) along with the Community Police Unit (CP’s) will be partnering and selecting specific Green Bay schools on both the west and east side of the city to ensure motorists are conforming with the traffic regulations in those area.
Some, but certainly not all, of the schools that will be targeted are:
WEST SIDE: West HS, Southwest HS, Elementary schools including Jackson, Kennedy, MacArthur and Keller
EAST SIDE: Aldo Leopold, Nicolet Elementary and the Preble HS area
Our goal is to see full compliance and safe driving habits displayed. A perfect outcome will be zero citations issued!
