* WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected. Total tide near 10 to 10.5 ft.
* WHERE...North Oregon Coast.
* WHEN...From 9 AM to 3 PM PST Thursday around high tide.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to 1 ft above ground level, during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays, sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers. Frasier Road in Tillamook, OR should experience flooding during high tide today.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST
