* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to midnight AKST tonight. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday morning through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After a period of light to moderate snow today into this evening, the snow will diminish overnight. However, snow will increase in intensity again Thursday morning.
