Vincennes woman arrested on DUI charge. 
On January 17, 2020, at 12:53 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a White Toyota Sienna driving erratically on US 41. The caller maintained visual contact of the vehicle until Deputy Michael Rose could initiate a traffic stop at the intersection of Coal Mine Road and US 41 in Fort Branch. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Rose detected the odor of alcohol coming from the driver 53-year-old Gretchen Lehman of Vincennes. Deputy Rose then began a roadside DUI investigation. At the conclusion of his investigation Ms. Lehman was transported to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. She has since posted a $650 bond.
Assisting Deputy Rose in his investigation was Deputy U.B. Smith.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
