Wildlife notification: Two incidents between household pets and wildlife were reported in the Borough during the evening of January 15, 2020. It is mating season for some species of animals common to our area which may lead to a rise in sightings of foxes and coyotes. Please remember to be aware of your surroundings when walking pets and keep them on leashes. Also keep an eye on your pets when letting them outdoors, even in yards. Traps have been placed where permitted by the NJDEP Department of Forestry and Wildlife. North Caldwell Animal Control is on constant canvass in the Borough.
