INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Property and Weapon Violations
LOCATION: 2100 block of Lillyhill Dr. Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Andrea Gardner, 32 years old, resident of Needles, CA
Michael Gardner, 28 years old, resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at approximately 10:53 am, detectives from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department served a search warrant in the 2100 block of Lillyhill Drive. The search warrant was related to an ongoing theft investigation in the tri-state area. Stolen property was located and recovered during the warrant service. Andrea Gardner was arrested for possession of stolen property. Michael Gardner was arrested for possession of an illegal weapon located during the search. Andrea Gardner was booked into the Needles Jail with a bail set at $25,000.00, pending a court hearing.
