Advisory

SLOW DOWN Green Bay 2020 Traffic Safety Initiative

Traffic complaints are the most frequent concerns expressed to the Green Bay Police Department and City Alderpersons.

The Police Department, along with the Mayor’s Office, Green Bay City Council, the Department of Public Works Traffic Division and Neighborhood Division will have a coordinated effort and a renewed focus on traffic safety and enforcement in 2020.

The goal is to increase safety by improving good attentive driving, reducing speed violations, yielding to pedestrians in crosswalks and obeying traffic signs and signals.

If you have a traffic concern, please contact the Green Bay Police Department’s Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) complaint line at (920) 448-3212. Remember to leave detailed information:

Street block number/ or intersection
Specific time of day or day of week violations are occurring
Contact information if you would like follow-up

What else can you do to address traffic issues? Be a driver that leads by EXAMPLE!
