Specialized Investigators are conducting a Murder Investigation on Stoddard Wells near I15

LOCATION: Stoddard Wells East of the I15
VICTIM: Adult Male, name withheld pending next of kin notification

SUMMARY:
On Monday, January 13, 2020, at 3:25 a.m., deputies responded to the report that a deceased male inside a vehicle on Stoddard Wells East of I15 Freeway. Upon arrival, the victim was located inside the vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Fire personnel arrived and pronounced the victim deceased. At a nearby business and nearby the vehicle, deputies located and detained subjects related to the incident.
Detectives from the Homicide Detail responded to conduct the investigation. The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
