Investigators with the Jackson Police Department are trying to identify this person of interest and need assistance doing so.
On December 12th, an unidentified black male is captured on video rambling through a vehicle which was parked on the roadway on W. King Street. The owner of the vehicle advised shoes and clothing were taken from the vehicle. This subject is also captured on surveillance video from University of Memphis wearing items taken during the burglary.
