Flood Warning until 12:15PM

At 930 AM CST, Doppler radar has indicated that the heaviest rain has moved east of the area, though drizzle continues. However, rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches have been common over the area during the last 24 hours, with 3 to 4 inches accumulating since Thursday. Several rural roads are still impacted by standing water. Additional rain is expected this afternoon, and while not as heavy, the standing water will be slow to drain off.
