Central Marshall County in northwestern Mississippi... Northeastern Tallahatchie County in northwestern Mississippi... Northwestern Benton County in northeastern Mississippi... Southeastern Panola County in northwestern Mississippi... Northwestern Henderson County in western Tennessee... Southeastern Fayette County in western Tennessee... Hardeman County in western Tennessee... Madison County in western Tennessee... West central Chester County in western Tennessee...

* Until 945 AM CST.

* At 743 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
