* WHAT...Mixed precipitation in the northern part of the county early this afternoon slowly spreading across the rest of the county this afternoon. This will transition to snow, possibly briefly heavy, during the late afternoon into early evening. Ice accumulation up to one tenth of an inch is possible with snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches across northern parts of the county. Winds will also gust to 40 mph.
