* WHAT...Rain this evening is expected to transition to freezing rain overnight into early Saturday morning with ice accumulation of up to one quarter of an inch. Mixed precipitation continues Saturday before transitioning to all snow Saturday evening through Saturday night. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel is expected to become very difficult. Isolated power outages are possible due to the combination of ice and gusty winds.
