12/29 – 1:16 a.m. – Police responded to a one-car traffic crash at South Jefferson & White Street. A vehicle had struck a utility pole. Upon arrival the officer found the occupants of the vehicle had left the scene. The driver of the vehicle failed to notify police of the crash. The driver, Parker L. Kolb age 19 of Millstadt, was charged with multiple violations including Improper Lane Usage, Driving Too Fast for Conditions, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Failure to Report Accident to Police.
