Authority National Weather Service, heavy rain is highly probable for Noble County in the next few days.  Take appropriate actions to protect life and property.  See NWS comments below and attached situation report.

Attached below is our latest situation report. The highlights include:

  • Rain starts later today into tonight.
  • Widespread rain of 3 to 5 inches is expected. This will result in flooding.
  • Rain changes to freezing rain, mixed at times with sleet and snow, for some locations on Saturday.
