Deputies responded to a victim being beaten in the roadway; three suspects were arrested for Robbery & Battery

SUSPECT(S): Timothy Buckner, 28 years old, resident of Apple Valley
Jayleen Brown, 32 years old, resident of Apple Valley
Dalevon Odom, 33 years old, resident of Apple valley
SUMMARY:
On January 8, 2020, at approximately 1:27 p.m., deputies from the Apple Valley Police Department responded to multiple reports of a fight in the street. Callers reported three suspects beating and kicking a lone victim in the street. The suspects took property from the victim and fled the scene in a late model black Dodge Charger, leaving the victim lying in the roadway.
After ensuring the victim received medical treatment, Deputy Stewart Cullum investigated. Cullum located the suspect vehicle at the corner of Yucca Loma and Rancherias Roads and arrested Timothy Buckner, Jayleen Brown and Dalevon Odom. All three suspects were positively identified, and all the stolen property was recovered. They were booked at the High Desert Detention Center for Robbery and Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury. Their bail was set at $100,000.
The victim sought medical treatment at a local hospital.
